I sensed the presence behind me in the girl's washroom. Slowly, I turned around to face the sickly waiter standing at the entrance of the washroom.
"Hello there, Emma Green. That male body doesn't suit you - isn't that why you followed me?" I smiled at the body breathing heavily. The hologram of a woman with her brown hair cut in a crop and glowing red eyes overlapping with the face of the man who was breathing heavily and deteriorating by the moment.
It was a vengeful ghost trying to take over the body of a living human.

A mysterious death from nine years ago, a young girl left by her parents and brother at her grandparent's house, and a ghost unable to move on. All of which resulted in April Hunter being Death's reaper and a strong, independent girl. Except the foundation of her world were crumbling away as strange things began to happen: the number of souls under her jurisdiction increased exponentially, her boss- the God of Death himself- was acting strangely, and a magic prodigy moved in with her, apparently due to a recommendation from her father who she had not communicated with for years.
The mysteries of the past clashes with the present and April has to find a way to protect her world again- before all hell breaks out. The problem? She needs magic to defend herself and her world, something she hadn't touched upon for years. How can she protect her world again when she barely knows enough to protect herself?
