Sam Jones is a dinosaur trainer. She works with the big guys, you know, like the T-Rex for example.
Owen Grady is also a dinosaur trainer. He trains the smaller dinosaurs like the velociraptors, those are his babies.
(They raise the dinosaurs they train)
Sam and Owen are really good friends but the like to but heads and show off. It's one of the love/hate relationships. They don't ever really work together because they work with different types of dinosaurs.
When a new attraction arrives and they are wanted to work together, they may have questioned it at first but they soon realize that team work and the saftey of the visitors on the island is first priority.
True feelings and surprises arise.

Nyima and her athletic older sister Yazmina get the chance to go join Camp Cretaceous, but most people don't know much about her as she is very secretive. One of the differences between the sisters is that Nyima is absolutely curious about new things, but she also loves helping animal conservations, as she also gets to travel a lot because of her sister and her sponsorships. Another difference is that Nyima has blue hair while her sister has black raven hair. Nyima is secretly a Dinosaur fan, but her favorite Dinosaur is the Velociraptor.
