Uri is basically an average girl. Simple enough. She graduated from college, is independent, and her parents died from simple means. Though, things change when she gets attacked and is saved by two men, who she later finds out are the infamous Winchesters and they play a vital part in her life. They lead her into a new world she thought was just in books and bedtime stories. And she becomes part of it.
Takes place a little before Season 6 Episode 16 "...And Then There Were None". That's the episode it starts on.
