~Inspired by the religious song Oceans~

When Oceans rise,
my soul will rest in your embrace
For I am yours
And you are mine

Lauren Anderson has always been very religious....or so she thought.

When The Ocean calls out to the mermaid half of Lauren, Lauren realises that maybe her faith in God isn't as strong as she thought...

Will she start doubting her faith in God?

This is Living

26 parts Complete

Despite the fact that Cameron has grown up in church, he is absolutely convinced that there is no God. This almost-senior-in-high-school finds his pleasure when hanging out with his newfound "bad boy" friends and believes that he will forever be pestered by the way-too-happy-for-no-reason youth group kids. The only Christian he tolerates (and actually enjoys) being around is his 6 year old brother, Parker. After some deep (and I mean DEEP) trouble arises, Cameron has to learn the hard way that God can turn a really ugly mess into a really beautiful message. Side Note: This story was inspired by the song "This is Living" by Hillsong Young & Free. In the Bible, John 10:10 says, "I came so they can have real and eternal life. More and better than they ever dreamed of." When our trust is in God, we don't have to worry. At all. Ever. No matter how bad it gets, God is always going to be there to pick us up when we fall. Always.
