The Bent Society

The rules are set, equality is the only policy and your love life is set in stone, literally. The society strives for sameness and anyone who stands out will be changed. The necklace hanging around your neck is the only thing that tells you apart from others, the necklace, or truth teller has a matching pair that is hanging around another persons neck. After searching for her "other half" to feel complete, she finally encounters them. It appears that the stone was wrong for her..but that can't happen. Is it just a mistake or something deeper?
