"Why is life so hard?" I asked no one in particular.
"Maybe it's because life is harder for some more than others." Phillip says.
"God doesn't give you anything you can't handle." Clarice jumps in. "Don't give us that crap, Clarice!" Brooklyn yells. "God is not real. At least not for me. It's like he hasn't watched over my sister and I since we lost our parents. And that's a shitty life. He gives me things I can't handle. So don't give us that crap." She continues. Maybe it's time to let go.
Taken place over a whole year, with three different characters, "A Year in the Making" shows us how life and love are so precious and in and instant it could all be gone.

It's funny how something can go from so perfect to so wrong in just a blink of an eye. Everything you once held close to your heart is now gone forever. Then once it's gone all you are left with is questions; What could I have done to prevent this? What did I do wrong? Did my significant other love me at all?
