Below the human world there is a small society. Within the society, are the ever so powerful Reapers. Reapers are the descendants of the Grim Reaper, though instead of helping souls into the afterlife, they feed off of them; some living souls, some dead souls. Reaper’s never leave the comfort of their society unless their feeding. Shadow, the eldest and only child of the most powerful Reaper Cethin, has recently turned age to feed on her own. What happens when she meets Alex, a human that has her questioning her way of life and everything she knows?

Beyond the Rabbit Hole
Two undefined, incorporeal beings, unfathomable to the human psyche, watch over humanity in a dying world. While they mostly only spectate, they do intervene when someone dies. The humans call them Grim Reapers. They call themselves Alyss and Morgyn. They spent their first eternity learning the ways of humanity from a backseat, only taking the stage when helping lost souls with their regrets and eventually guiding them to whatever lies beyond. When extinction for the humans they watched over for so long becomes inevitable, they are greeted by a God and offered the chance to experience life through the eyes of humans in another world. They take the opportunity, but while their new bodies may seem human, they are still anything but. They are immortal. They cannot die, but the people around them still can.
