"Clouds of fear were quickly covering the once cheerful blue sky. You knew then how unprepared for battle the people of Lake-town were. As you looked out to your left, you could see both dwarves, humans and elves facing one another, ready to rip the enemy of their glory and to claim all the mountain riches to themselves. It was then that the Earth started to shake. It was then the once stable ground became a quaking riot. It was then that Earthworms surged forward, from under the ground and into the light. This was now the Battle of the Five Armies." Opening paragraph of Chapter One

You are a fierce elleth that is fighting in the Battle of the Five Armies. Since your father was killed by spiders on guard duty, both you and your mother left Mirkwood so you would not share your father's fate.

You expected to see many Mirkwood elves that day, but you certainly did not expect to be fighting side by side with King Thranduil.

Fire Lord Zuko had lived a life defined by duty-first to his nation, then to his family. With peace restored and his throne secure, it was time for the next step: marriage and heirs. The need to tie his personal life to his responsibilities weighed heavily on him. He was prepared for it in theory, but no woman had ever stirred his heart, not in the way he thought a future wife should. That was, until he met her. Princess Lavena was everything Zuko didn't expect-fiery, cold, and utterly indifferent to his rank. More than that, she despised him, and the reason for her hatred was a mystery he couldn't unravel. Yet, despite the anger in her eyes, or maybe because of it, Zuko found himself drawn to her. He wanted her with a hunger that surprised even him. For the first time in his life, he was sure of who he wanted to stand beside him, to tie the red marital ribbon around her palm and call her his wife. But for Lavena, the idea of marrying Zuko was a nightmare. She feared him as much as she hated him, and now she was expected to entrust her future-her entire life-to the man who embodied everything she had come to resent. How could she possibly survive in the shadow of the Fire Lord, bound to him by marriage? the stakes were just as high for Zuko. Winning her over, understanding the depth of her hatred, and navigating the storm between them was not something he could command or control. This was a battle of hearts, and it threatened to tear them both apart. Now, they must face the ultimate question: can they survive each other, or will this marriage of obligation become the ruin of them both? ~~~~ Zuko x oc Must read the first two books of my atla series to understand better

7 parts Complete

The Third age draws to a close and the Fourth begins. The world is once again at peace for a time, and the time of men begins. Thranduil's people, being elves, began to gradually filter from the mortal land of Aman, and he was determined to be there to see the very last of them off, even when only five of them remain. Despite the quiet years and his ambitions to live as long as possible, he craved a fight, a few moments of glory at the head of an army. So when the opportunity presents itself he is more than willing to go, two of his guards and closest companions going with him. Could he truly bring the Elves to glory once again in their final years?
