[Jurassic World fanfic] Twenty years ago, the fateful Jurassic Park opened its gates for the first time. It featured genetically modified dinosaurs to wow the public and realize Hammond's dream. But he wanted more than just an exotic zoo; Hammond wanted to communicate with the creatures. He requested that Wu make a new species; one to bridge the gap. Their experiment was born just as the park opened its gates; but was lost in the ensuing slaughter.

Set four years after the events of Jurassic Park. Ian and Clarissa Malcolm are happier than ever until Clary receives news from her father and he wants them both to meet him at his home. But it's not good news. John Hammond had a second island where his experiment ran free without fences and he sent Clarissa's student, Sarah Harding, to the island. Ian and Clary agreed never to go near her father's ideas again, but saving Sarah's life is important. After going to the island and finding Sarah, the Malcolms find Kelly, Ian's daughter from a previous marriage with them and InGen has other ideas instead of listening to their boss, who just so happens to now be the heiress of Hammond's corporation: Clarissa Adeline Malcolm. Hammond was supposed to lose the corporation to Peter Ludlow, Clarissa's cousin, but at the last moment, Hammond promised the lawyers that Clarissa would be a better fit. They all agreed. In a rage, Peter Ludlow, followed the Malcolms to Isla Sorna to steal dinosaurs to create a zoo in San Diego. "You have a crush on my husband?" Nora's lived on the island all her life--catching food, doing experiments, keeping what she considers a safe distance away from the Wolf. Then he starts acting weird. Right in the middle of working on figuring out the problem, she falls asleep. Genex wakes up with barely any memory of anything from his 13 years of life. All he knows is that he's got a pet saber-tooth tiger named Fluffy, his mom is dead, and that he's got a girl named Nora in his head (when he's really not supposed to). He woke up to the Aregonian gods, Osires and Zios, telling him about training and his future and staying away from Pantheos, the Aregonian god of the underworld. But everything they tell him to do, Nora says the opposite. Everything they say, Nora hints that they're lying to him. Unsure of what to think, and with Nora continuously telling him to simply "look deeper" and "wait a little longer", Genex decides he needs to find the answer, and he needs to find the answer now. -> This story can also be found in To Be a Writer, but I wanted to publish it seperately as well. :)Complete

One such company, Sarif Industries, which had been founded in 2007 and had quickly grown to become one of the major biotech companies by 2027. By 2027, Multinational biotech corporations specializing in human enhancement are competing for dominance in what has become a controversial field. Many engage in wars against each other, employing thieves, moles, and hackers to steal their competitor's ideas. To protect it's research, Sarif Industries has recently developed it's own internal security force. Enter Adam Jensen, the newly appointed head of Security of Sarif.
