So, what would happen if Queen Elsa of Arendelle was captured by General Monger just after her coronation?

Elsa's powers have been revealed to the kingdom at the party after her and Anna had an argument. Now Elsa has fled the kingdom and Arendelle is left in a thick blanket of never ending snow. Anna leaves Prince Hans of the Southern Isles in charge of Arendelle while she goes off to find her sister. Meanwhile, the Duke of Weselton plots to capture and kill Elsa to possibly rid the curse of the eternal winter. The Duke contacts General Monger and his monsters to come to Arendelle to capture Elsa for him.

They apprehend the child, and present her to the King and Queen. You try to help Elsa, and become closer with her in the process. When her parents die in a shipwreck, she ends contact with you. Four years later, when Elsa inadvertently places Arendelle in a perpetual winter and disappears, you set off on a journey to find her. Closely follows the events of the the first Frozen film.
