Death From Within is Colored Blood (Carrion X RWBY)
This may be the first fanfic that's about the monster from the reverse-horror game called Carrion! Let's see how it goes! All art, videos, music, etc. belong to their original owners. I DO NOT OWN ANYTHING, BUT MY OWN WRITING!!!!! Beware of spoilers. Play the game or watch the gameplay of Carrion to truly understand the character. Also, I won't be using anything the game trailers showed us. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- After butchering and consuming everyone in that underground laboratory and escaping under the guise of a human, you went into hiding in society. Switching between appearances to stay hidden along with eating people that no one would miss, especially criminals. You'd sometimes eat some grimm too. What happened to you is that you were born as a bizarre pile of biomass created by nature's natural selection. When some humans made contact with you years later, you immediately infected and possessed one of them and began to evolve rapidly. It was then you developed a personality and can think like an intelligent species. All before being captured, experimented on, and then escaping not long after. Luckily for the world, you aren't super bloodthirsty or a complete psychopath. Your personality is that of someone humble and wanting peace. Just like how mother nature is and must be respected as so. Speaking of the world, you figure out that the world you reside in now is called Remnant. Compared to the laboratory below, the outside world is much worse with the Grimm and humans fighting each other. But it is also the world where you will actually find your place in these harsh lands of savage beasts and advanced weaponry. Along with those whom you will reside alongside with. And if anyone wishes to take them from you, they will know the color of death from within. You are the monster. You are the parasite. You are... Carrion This is your story.

The Conquering (Book #2 in The Inception Trilogy)
Evelyn wakes injured and alone yet somehow still in good health. Her first thoughts are to find Robbie and Sasha after they were taken by rabid experiments. However, if things were different before, they're completely flipped upside down now. Experiments are conquering the country state by state, enslaving the scared humans and eradicating the disobedient ones. With a twisted monarch fantasy, experiments are every bit the dictators people always feared to be ruled by. Except for Micah, an experiment who once appeared to be Evelyn's biggest threat but somehow slowly becomes her strongest ally after saving her. Micah suddenly has the choice of what side he's on--his own kind or Evelyn's. Problems only grow more severe when Harry returns, only he isn't at all the Harry he used to be. The doctor has operated on him again, creating a stronger, more deadlier beast for reasons unknown, though, it's skeptical he's working for Micah. Evelyn is back to her distant, closed off personality, not sparing anyone a single drop of her trust. As it often goes, there are more than two sides in a war. -- cover credit: me -- -- trailer credit: brookeismyname -- -- highest ranking: #16 in Science Fiction -- -- started: May 21, 2016 -- --finished: December 15, 2016 -- All Rights Reserved © 1DLover121Complete
