[This Is a Dragon ball Z and Mermaid Melodies Crossover] Rochelle is your normal Saiyan child. Her parents had escaped the explosion of planet Vegeta and she was sent to earth. She is 15, going on sixteen and lives at Capsule Corp. with the Briefs family. Rochelle has always know that she was a saiyan, but she doesn't know that she would be lead to a magical pool that transforms her into a mermaid!
