This a story about a 17 year old girl named Caroline who has no father, but still has her mother. Her mother has not been the herself like she use to be since her father died when she was 10. But lately her mothers mood has changed. She seemed happy for no aparent reason, and suprised her with well cooked meals. Then she finds out about a guy she been dating for 6 months and there engagement, and last but not least her new handsome, but arrogant stepbrother Will.
