I'm the year 2020 crime has taken over most of the world. One can not walk outside without a gun. Shop without a weapon and a bodyguard. Even sleep peacefully at night without a security system. What is the worlds answer to corruption? People. However not just any people. People with powers only found in a comic book until scientist get to work. A unknown radioactive stone found along with genetic enhancing has given the scientist the answer they need. 20 years later the BLOCK program has proven to be a hit. However when the kids born into isolation get sick of the gray walls that contain them and their family's; what will happen? Will their parents stop them? Will the escape?
