Antoinette Nathan has always felt that her life was at a standstill. Nothing she does will let her escape the life she is living and she struggles with the choices of acceptance or change. During her summer away from her family she meets Marc Collins, a boy who seems to have everything figured out. Through this roller coaster summer she questions once again what she wants to do. Accept what seems like her destiny or leave with Marc, diving into a world unknown to her. This might just be an average love story or this may be the one moment where everyone questions what they are leaving the world. Living in Non-Existence travels through the twists and turns, trials and tribulations of one teenage girl trying to learn to figure it all out.

It only took one summer to change everything. Now Camden is just trying his best to carry on with life like normal, but that's a little tricky when his memories keep haunting and some nights are so bad that sleep evades him completely. He can't even imagine how much worse it would have been if Mateo hadn't been there. But that was the summer before and Mateo's been gone for the whole year since. What happens when Mateo comes home, and how will Cam ever face him again? ___ 'He looked mostly the same as last summer, older maybe, definitely more tanned. He'd grown his hair out a little longer, so it hung lower in his eyes now. I'd seen him post a picture with his hair like that a few months ago and decided to grow mine out too. I wonder when he looked at me, did he see me as I am now, or did he see me as I was then, that night?' ___ TW: sexual assault
