As a reminder of this rebellion, every year two courageous young men and women will take part in a televised fight to the death, a pageant known as the Hunger Games. This year, each person Reaped will bring in a sibling under the age of eighteen into the arena will them. If no sibling is eligible, a friend will come in. The Ultimate Games - Book One

This year, it's time for the 4th quarter quell and the capitol has a big surprise for the districts. There will be three games. The first game will consists of district 1-6. 3 males and 3 females will be reaped from each district to participate. 12 of the 36 will move in to a final game.
