Vienna wanted a normal life, as normal as a witch can be. That's what she aimed when she moved to London. However, fate has a different agenda to offer, there she met a fellow witch whose job as a cop inspired her and brought out the inner desire she had to help. She came across a few amounts of trouble by helping, including romantic troubles, but she was never fazed. When a friend of hers needed help, she's into it no matter the consequences. Of course it ain't only consequences that's what fate brought her, it may also be, herself. Most of the time, we help because we know we have the ability to. Not for Vienna though, for every soul she helped might open up a piece of her abilities. -------------------- "Vienna, I have a question." "What is it Dark?" "Is there a way to make me human again?" Dear Hermione, Ron and well everyone, Someone once told me that the universe was larger and more unexpected than we could ever imagine. Until now, I never knew what they meant. If you are reading this, I somehow managed to get this to you, Hermione- the headmaster here believes I have gone into a different universe. We are working on how to get me home but that could take a while. Things are different here, Gryffindors are evil and Slytherins are good. That took a bit of getting used to. Then there is the fact Dumbledore is killing everyone while Riddle protects us. And there is this other kid with a scar like mine but he is definitely not me. It is confusing, all of it. Soon I will get home. I hope I don't miss it too much. Ron, don't annoy Hermione too much and try to train. Hermione, don't bother researching and don't force Ron to study. Like a fantasy, a dream come true. I hate to break it to you but that's unrealistic, untrue. The real world just isn't like that, for most people that is. There's the lucky few who are a part of that community, that live joyously in the magical realm, surrounded by magic every waking moment. That sounds fantastic, doesn't it? A living fairytale you could say. For most, yes. Then there's Luna. Luna, despite being involved in the magical realm, never belonged. She didn't have powers so was treated as an outcast, rejected by everyone including her own family. They shunned her and soon banished her from not just their home but the whole magical realm. Now she lives in the human world, going about her everyday life like an average person. She's left her previous life behind and that's just how she likes it. Unfortunately for her, you can't escape your past forever. No matter how much she protests, magic will always be a part of her life, hiding in the shadows, undetected but still there. All she wants to do is complete her final year of school without so many 'unusual' complications. As you're most likely aware, life never goes according to plan. Magic has always been a problem in her life and now it's back to haunt her. All that needs to be said is that she's not pleased. Can't the world just accept that she's ordinary?
