"Doctor...what is wrong with the stars?" Twelve's time is up but he managed another chance to live. Adventure. Another world. Beautiful women. What will his next quest be? He continues on to travel in his mad blue box and yearns for companions and friends.
The Doctor is confused as to why he isn't dead. His only clue is that the stars are starting to flicker out bit by bit. He roams the universe in his new handsome young body to try to repair this fixed point in time but along the way he meets some new friends and shows them there is more to the world than just the moon and back.
