Frank Iero is a nineteen year old porn star. He's been in the porn industry for two years.
Mikey Way is a twenty year old porn star. He's been in the industry for one year.
When Gerard Way, Mikey's older brother who has just gotten his life together, discovers that his brother has been using the name "Gerard" to star in porn, he enlists the help of his former friend, a stripper by the name of Brendon Urie, and they set out to stop Mikey.
Brendon's relationship with a prostitute (Ryan) that he meets on the journey can't be a healthy one, but that's not stopping either of them.
The struggles Ryan and Brendon face get thrown onto Gerard, Frank, and Mikey, who have enough problems as it is.
Maybe, just maybe, what they all need is a road trip.
(Note: This is fiction, so it's not going to accurately portray the porn industry; however, i did do a little research on the porn industry before writing, meaning I read articles about it- not watched a bunch of porn. But maybe I did that too.)
