Okay, just say there's an entirely different dimension to ours where there's only one government ruling the whole of Earth. They seem humane, but secretly the people are always being watched and any rebellious attitude at all leads to terrible consequences - possibly death. All their orders are carried out by the Secret Police. It's pretty obvious who they are as soon as you hear the name... Anyway, Hatsune Miku is the second in command for a certain branch of them, and she's just the same as the rest. So..what if she falls in love with a completely ordinary person? Or one that's slightly rebellious? I'm not exactly sure yet, but nothing good as you can imagine. Miku x Kaito Fanfiction.
