Devonne's idol, Demi Lovato, was a teen mother. But her beautiful baby girl, Dylan Cole Lovato, was stolen from her arms at the tender age of four. Demi's now an advocate for child abductions among other things.

Every year, on her daughter's birthday, Demi releases balloons, and so do her Lovatics. This year, Devonne gets tickets to the annual concert Demi performs on her daughter's birthday to raise money for the foundation she started in Dylan's honour. Devonne watches thousands of people release balloons in Dylan's honour.

But what happens when she comes back the next day to retrieve the jacket she lost, and finds much more? What happens when she finds a journal filled with letters to Dylan, and realises it's Demi's?

What happens when Devonne realises the undeniable similarities of her life compared to the baby girl Demi describes losing?

What happens when Devonne finds out she is Dylan?
