(I wrote this in middle school so it's basic, and unfinished.) Beatrice Jones has been suffering with schizophrenia for nearly her whole life. Not until recently, at age 16, was she diagnosed. For as long as she could remember, she has lived with her mother on the outskirts of Lakeside, Montana. After a tragic driving incident and several other odd events, her mother insists that she start getting help. Beatrice refuses. Outline of 'Small Town Spirits'
When I was fourteen-years-old, I planned this whole story out about a girl who could see spirits of the dead. I never ended up writing this book, but I still have the plans and in my short stories, I often allude to things that happened in this novel. For the benefit of everyone, I have decided to share my chapter outline just so you have context on what is occurring.
