Christmas is a festive time, but for young Clara, it brings heartache. As she watches her sister, Louise, dance with her handsome suitor, she longs for that same simple and beautiful experience. What Clara doesn't realize at that moment is that by keeping the Nutcracker she will be forced to confront the nightmare that has haunted her since childhood. Mature themes: self-harm and subtle references to sexual assault. Starts: December 1 Ends: December 25 The finished product will remain available all year until November. Inspired by The Nutcracker Prince (Warner Bros. and Lacewood Productions). Based on: E.T.A. Hoffmann's "The Nutcracker and the Mouse King.
