Sky soon realizes that she can trust no one; especially charming yet infuriating Kredis Heartstar, a former thief who is forced to be Sky's guide between worlds.
Together the two form an unlikely bond as they explore the hidden wonders of worlds known only in legend , defeat terrible monsters and discover what truly makes an ordinary person a hero.
