Everly is smart. She's known for that and that her family just so happens to be in a feud with another family. Ev has been raised to dislike or at least not concern herself with this other family. But fate doesn't always do what you want it too. And she does end up meeting one member of that family...who she stupidly developed a crush on.
But soon, things go awry. Her family disapproves of her relationship with this boy but that doesn't seem to keep her from trying to find a way to stay with him. This 'army boy' is the one she wants to be with and the only real question is;
