Jessie and her twin Tessa are pretty much opposites. While Jessie is more passionate and calm, focusing her time and energy in school and her education, Tessa is a bit more on the "wild" side, to put it simply.

Jessie Haines is a girl that likes to express herself through her art. On the other hand, Tessa is more into cheerleading. Hence, these twins attend different high schools as they felt these two different environments would help them grow in their hobbies.

However, one fateful day changes their lives. Jessie and Tessa get into a car accident, sending Jessie into a two-week coma and sparing Tessa with a few scratches. After this incident, Jessie's and Tessa's mother decided that Jessie would transfer to Tessa's school.

Once she has recuperated, Jessie restarts her senior year at Olympic High which brings many new experiences. Not only does Olympic High bring Jessie to a new school with new teachers and a different environment, but it gives fate a second chance to fix what it had done to Jessie when she bumps into Grayson Levy.

Greyson Levy is a legend in Olympic High. After getting kicked out in freshman year he has returned senior year to grace Olympic High with his glory.

When Jessie and Greyson bump into each other--quite literally--fate does it's magic and their lives begin to merge.

With Greyson's cocky attitude, Jessie's stubbornness, new friends, annoying queen bees, school rivalry, and the luminal state between love and hate, Jessie is destined to a senior year full of drama.

She looks up at me, taking a step forward and smiling slightly, "How can I ever get hurt when I have you here to protect me?" "But you could have gotten hurt," I murmur softly, hanging my head and feeling my shoulders drop, the tension seeping from my body. "No. Stop," She cuts me off sternly but tenderly, "Don't talk like that, Reece. I'm okay, you're okay, we're okay," She speaks softly, reaching her hand up to gently brush her thumb over my cheek, just under the cut that's there. "We're okay," I repeat, taking a small step closer to her. She nods with a small smile, moving her hand down from my cheek and instead placing the palm of her hand on my chest, right over my heart. I know she can feel how fast my heart is beating. I just don't know why it's doing that. ~ Reece Carter is the bad boy of Northwood High. He smokes and he fights.
