Pain travels it's way up my fist as I hit the punching bag with all I've got. Boxing has been my little escape from the big bad world, since I started two years ago. Two years ago I was an overweight sixteen year old, who would feed herself instead of dealing with what's going on with my life. My family was breaking apart, and I was losing one of my best friends. High School really does change people, well at least at Griffin High it does...
I left and now I'm back again. Will things be the same as it was before? Will I be back at where I was before I left with my Aunt? Will I be that sixteen year old girl running away from her problems, and pining over a guy who doesn't even look at her that way? Well I hope for my sake it doesn't go that way.
