Alright, so I wrote this a few years ago and I decided to give it a read over and I am thoroughly disturbed by what I have written. I feel like it needs trigger warnings but even then I feel uncomfortable with the way I have glorified domestic abuse, depression and slave rape. I just wanted to inform whoever has been unfortunate enough to read this that I will be taking it down soon. I think I had good intentions but I was just in a bad space when I was writing this and it is not a good reflection of me at all. I apologize if this story has upset anyone.

Iris Grey is an 18 year old girl who never really understood the hate towards black people. Her nanny Rosa is really the one who taught her to have a big heart seeing that her parents are never around. On the other hand, there’s Loki. He’s an Afro-America whose dad abandoned his mother a few years after his birth. Loki’s 19 years old and has to take care of his ill mother. Neither of them know that they aren’t regular humans. In fact, Iris is actually Light and Loki’s Shade. Yup, you’ve guessed it, they’re soul mates. But wait, it’s not all. There’s also these twins, Caleb and Evan Wright who are supernatural figures. Only their figure is War and so, they wish to destroy Light and plunge the whole universe in darkness. Will they succeed? What will be Shade’s choice; join the dark side and avenge his mother or help this girl he only just met? All this goes down during the fight for freedom, therefore, there’s going to be things that truly happened in history and others completely fictive. Have fun reading! :)Complete

This book follows an African American boy as he wonders over into the white community something not usually done. Considering that during the year 1830's New York was severely divided into pocket communities helping keep the oppressed oppressed, since they would live in cramped apartment buildings with other families while the rich lived in manors. While the immigrants worked in factories the rich turned towards investments. Matthews~ (African American) 6 years old and on the street. I watch the other children get handed bread. I watch them get taken into the homes made for children like us. My clothes are tattered and torn. I go to bed underneath boxes or in garbage cans to stay warm. Annabelle~ 20 years old, the daughter of a noble getting ready for another social event. I walk with the other women who are ahead of me. They are giggling and talking about the recent engagements, the recent social gatherings, the recent investments that potential suitors have made, yet I am simply not interested. I would rather get a job. I want to get down and dirty. Daniel~ 21 years old, a nobleman that owns quite a few acres of land for farming. Father finally died. Leaving the estate to me. I will now be able to rent out the land instead of having father put outrageous buying prices on the damn property. No one can afford them in today's day in age. Not to mention that once the property is divided up into the sectors with their own little cottages we could have our own little self-sufficient economy if I play my cards right. No, my father ever the man he was decided it was too much of a risk. Well you can roll over in your grave. UPDATE, A COUPLE OF YEARS LATER Hey guys, please read this bit before you read this story. This story contains descriptions of violence and needs an overall trigger warning for suicide. When I wrote the chapters for this story, I wasn't in the best state of mind and I projected that into my writing as some sort of therapy; only difference between me and other people going through depression as I was back then, is that I published mine which contributes to the romanticisation of suicide and mental illness. I didn't understand mine back then, but I do now. Please seek help if you identify with the OC. It's not healthy and damages your soul as it had mine. I am better now. I want you to be better, too. You matter. You are your own universe and your sun, you moon, your stars... don't forget that. Take care of yourself because you are important. This is a bio about me and what I went through as a child. You see I was abused not just by both parents but my whole family. I know you guys probably heard about all of this before but I want to write this. It will help me forget about my past and let me move on. I was suicidal and I wanted to give up but I didn't. So this is a story of what happened before Ways To Stop Bullying and after it. Journey with me when you see the hell I went through and how I made it out to be the person I am today. To be honest this is something that scares me more than anything in the world by writing this. But I want to and need to. To be warned it will get ugly and it might not look that bad to most people who probably had it worse than me.
