You know, that one girl? The mysterious girl in your school that never says a word? The odd girl that, wherever she goes, will always be an outcast? That girl who is always different? You all just talk about how weird she is, don't you? Well you don't have to worry about her. In a few days, she will be gone. And the next day, you won't even remember her. Nobody ever remembers her and she always leaves. That girl? that's me.
When i was a kid, me and my mom always moved. We never stayed at one place and when i asked why, she would always say that it was too dangerous. I never really understood why. But then everything changed. Then my mother died. And i finally understood why she was so scared, why we never stopped running. That day, we stopped running. That was her mistake. So now i'm running on my own, from town to town, school to school, country to country. I promised myself i would never stop, for her. But what happens if i discover something? Something that could change the world? And, more importantly:
What if i finally found something worth stopping for?
"But the question was, is this possible? Am I really in the story? But how? And why?"
A tragedy occurred in Gauri's life and her idea of happiness and 'living life' to the fullest changed drastically. That's when she came across an old diary in the new house that she recently shifted into, to run from the memories of her past and start a new life.
She felt that the story was calling out to her in weird ways because she kept going back to it, re-reading it multiple times, and feeling the heartbreak and extreme traumatic emotions all over again. Then, one day, she gets into an accident and finds herself in a world she didn't recognise, only to later realise that she may or may not have entered another world - The world she was reading about in the diary!!
The world she knows because she has read it multiple times, but also the world she doesn't know because it was supposed to be fiction! Her only consolation was meeting the man she had been crying over for the past year. Would she be able to save the man from his inevitable destiny, or does she have to leave behind the man who made her feel things she didn't know were possible?
The story is not edited, so if you see any grammatical mistakes, kindly ignore them. I will edit it once I complete it.
