This poem is about two things, not taking things for granted, and realizing what really matters, in this case, "her", the one you love or may have loved, and the impact and/or difference they made in your life.
Here is a girl who just wants to be understood. Bullied because of her introversial character, not born of a talent, she becomes the subject of torture in school.
But when she realises that she's not the only one suffering, she tries making a stand, which almost cost her life.
How will she be able to break out of this web of confusion and bring back sanity to her school?
