Mikoto Misaka is gone.
In her place is the Clown Princess, a murderous, sadistic and insane girl with a thirst for blood.
She was driven to this point by none other than Touma Kamijou.
However, there are some people that think the Mikoto they know is still in there... and are determined to bring her back.
They have an idea of how to do this: The Misaka Network. 
They need help, though, so they hire, believe it or not, ITEM.
However, Mikoto has gone insane... meaning that she doesn't hold back. She goes all out, intent on killing, making it extremely hard to defend against her.
