After the tragic death of his big brother and best friend, nine year old Parker McKinney feels the urge to carry on his brothers legacy while facing some of his own challenges. These challenges lead him to a summer camp where his love for people is exploited. After the unthinkable happens Parker starts to see the same need that Trevor saw, but a little more in depth. Not one person in the Nation was able to guess why the crime rates started to drop again, but some people had their guesses. As Parker seems to have forgiven the people who have hurt him the most, two of his biggest come true.
