What if Arthur Hellsing didn't die? What if Integra's mother, with the help of the Vatican, faked her death whilst she was still pregnant with Integra? What would happen if Father Alexander Anderson raised Integra with Enrico Maxwell?

Integra Hellsing's mother, after finding out that Alucard slept in the basement, felt betrayed. She, who had lost her blood relatives to a vampire attack, could not stand the thought of one serving the Hellsing family. So, with the help of the Vatican, she staged her death at the time when vampires attacked the mansion and left for Italy, where she became one of the sisters. Upon realising she was caring the Hellsing heir, she made plans to give the child over to the Vatican. The child would then be raised to become a part of Iscariot and the mother would have no contact with her child, after all she cared little for it.
