They would have never thought that Antarctica would have a secert country, a city that was preserved and that actually had a cirizen. Well to be more specific, a citizen. Scarlet has preserved 'Campbell' a underground city in the unclaimed part of Antarctica and has been given the name Antarctica when she was discovered.
