AU in which Billy and Rajeev COULDN'T stop Spencer's plane in episode 45 (three's a crowd)!and he ends up going to Alaska for the 3 year program..... And has the billy-free time of his life.

Two years later, a 16 year old, totally new spencer returns to Billy Joe Cobras mansion, and he brings some new friends.
