Fantasy? Adventure? Character study? It's difficult to classify it in any simple genre. This is a book of adapted obscure fantasy monsters. There's still time to add in more obscure monsters... Leave a comment if you have a favorite.
The main character is Ro, a trogiodyte. Trogiodyes are adapted versions of the cave-dwelling troglodyte. Ro herself is a bit of an odd one... If there's anything you're expecting to get out of this story, I certainly hope it's not typical archetypes.
Or dragons. There are no dragons.
