Do you know someone who always has chaos echoing around them? Even if there is no chaos in existence, they will create it. That’s because they only feel comfortable when something’s going on; only at ease when they are stressed and can incorporate this stress into the lives of others.

Most of the time, these attention grabbers grew up within a chaotic environment. Something was always going on in the home with parents on edge and arguing, siblings fussing and fighting or disagreements ongoing with neighbors, close relatives and friends. It didn’t matter what it was as long as most of the time there was “always something.”

Those living this lifestyle of continually stirring the pot probably don’t even realize that they are the one’s always serving the distasteful dish. They spend time and energy getting everyone upset, distressed and overwrought and sit back and survey their handiwork. If confronted, they would deny all knowledge of having had any input and would merely settle down, enjoying the trauma and upheaval as it unfolds.

This is an extremely damaging chain. Though to some it may seem just a small thing and relatively insignificant, either way, it’s a rusty link that needs to be removed. If it isn’t then as long as the tongue is allowed to act as a sword and the children see it, they will pick up on the habit and continue with it. It will be carried on into their generation exactly where the parents left off.

However, if you can stop it, it’s a chain broken.

Do nothing and there is a good possibility that you will pass the melodrama and the dramatics of the chaos chain onto them and their families to follow.

Does this sound like you or someone you know?

If so, it is now time to stop the tragedy and break the chain.

𝐕𝐢𝐯𝐚𝐚𝐧 𝐑𝐚𝐣𝐯𝐚𝐧𝐬𝐡𝐢 𝐗 𝐉𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐯𝐢 𝐌𝐚𝐝𝐚𝐧. In a world that screams, I stand in despair, My voice drowned out, lost in the air. Chains of tradition tighten each day, I long to escape, but I'm forced to stay. Each breath I take feels heavy and torn, Every mistake a scar I've worn. I crave a sky where I can be free, Away from the walls that imprison me. For now, I sit with my heart in pain, Silent, yet screaming, again and again. Though shattered, a spark in me still survives, Dreaming of freedom where my soul can rise.
