This story is about a young man by the name of Cain, and his search for his own personal redemption. His parents, being satanists, have raised him up in a way that has confused Cain. He feels that he should believe in what his parents say, but his heart tells him there is something more out in the world. When his life is threatened and the stakes have been raised for the confused 23 year-old, everything Cain has ever known might just be all wrong. With the help of Adeline, the neighbors daughter and Cain's new-found friend, he might just be able to learn the meaning of life and what it takes to truly love someone. And in doing so, Cain might just find the redemption he has been looking for.
*Note: I don't wish to offend anyone with the fact that the parents are satanists. I know it's strange, but it adds some depth to the emotional struggles Cain will go through throughout the story.
