This is a play I wrote. This is inspired largely by things that have actually happened in my and my friends lives. I figured I'd upload it; because why not.  It has been performed once in the past at my university and it went over pretty well.
Amy Jones, Nicolas Dawson, and Tori Connors have just returned from the funeral/wake for their close friend Celeste Brawnwin.

Dawn, a girl in her early twenties living in a poor neighborhood with her sick mother and teenage brother. Her father has abandoned them for a rich woman and they were left sinking in debt. One day someone has offered her an opportunity to change her life and her family's just by watching over a girl. Mazikeen or Maze for short, a spoiled rich brat who lives off her father's money, she's addicted to drinking and partying. She has gotten herself in too much trouble and humiliation for her father so he decided to get her a bodyguard. She pretends to be an arrogant and mean girl on the outside but only she knows what's happening on the inside. What will happen when these two meet? A poor girl with anger issues and a spoiled brat who likes to push buttons.
