Six Figures

In this old society, people ruled themselves. They may have depended by others and sentenced by others, but they were independent. Aster has been without a father for a few years now. She lives with her mother, grandmother, and toddler brother, Silas. They are almost to poverty becuase they have no man to support them. Aster has lived in fear of the Six: myststical, cloaked figures who do what they want when they want it. They took her father away and Aster craves revenge.
