The Dark or The Light (DRAMIONE)

(All characters belong to J.K Rowling. This book is set in the sixth year at Hogwarts following Dumbledore's death. Until this moment, the plot is the same as the books.)

Draco Malfoy almost murdered Dumbledore. The keyword being almost.
Strange isn't it - the guy who took pride in supporting the Dark Lord, the guy who took every opportunity he got to tell everyone how much he loved tormenting muggles and half-bloods, needed Professor Snape to help him out.
Makes one wonder - what happened? Where did all that pride go? All that anger, all that arrogance?

If I knew what was good for me, I should leave it well enough alone, but when have I ever backed down from a challenge. Something isn't right and I, Hermione Granger, am going to get to the bottom of it.
