A story I wrote some years ago and never quite finished. Perhaps posting it will motivate me to write more.

Hey, I didn't ask to be anything special. But now, waking up in this ridiculous school, it appears as if that's exactly what I am: special. And not in the cutsey-buttons "you're a special little snowflake" kind of way. More like a "you're a mutant freak and we don't know what to do with you" kind of special.

Plus I can't remember any dang thing, so I'm kind of useless. And I'm pretty sure my wings don't even work, which is just dumb.

The Institute found me.

Things start to get even weirder, with voices inside my head, a magical kingdom in the sky, and fierce, pink killer bees. Seriously. Don't mess with the bees.

This is my story, as weird as it seems. Hopefully some good comes out of it.

Eli's Otherworldly Echo by alreaper

...something felt off. Despite the warmth of the celebration and the thoughtfulness of my friends, a strange unease settled over me. The journal in my hands, while beautiful and personal, felt like a key to something deeper. A weighty reminder that even with all the laughter and joy, there were layers beneath my ordinary life that I had yet to uncover. I opened the journal and flipped through the blank pages, wondering what I could possibly fill it with. As I reached the last page, a folded piece of paper slipped out. It was crisp and unfamiliar, not something I would have expected in a brand-new journal. Curiosity piqued, I unfolded it carefully. The note was handwritten in neat, flowing script: _"Your life is about to change. The key is within you, but you must remember who you are first. Happy birthday, Eli. You are more important than you think."_ A chill ran down my spine as I stared at the words. Who could have written this? How did they know I'd get this journal? The sense of unease that had been gnawing at me all day surged forward, wrapping around my chest like a vice. This is how it began: on what should have been a simple, forgettable birthday, I found myself thrust into a mystery far greater than anything I could have imagined. The note in the journal was just the first clue-a breadcrumb leading me toward something I could never have expected. Whatever this was, whoever this girl was, one thing was certain: my world had shifted, and there was no turning back. I was Eli, and my story was just beginning. --- Note: This story was brought to life with the help of ChatGPT, whose insights and suggestions helped guide the development of Eli's journey and the world around him. Together, we shaped a tale that blends the ordinary with the extraordinary, as Eli discovers that even the most unassuming lives can hold the keys to something far greater.
Snowflakes (Jack Frost x Reader) by ASKiroth

*HIGHEST RANKING: #1 in Jack Frost and #3 in snowflakes** "Who are you, and why the heck are you in my house?!" You ask the boy, pointing your hairbrush at him. Like a hairbrush will do anything, right? The boy didn't seem to be armed with any weapons, but he did carry a wooden staff that hooked at the end. You eyed him carefully. But the boy was taken aback. "You can see me?!" He asked, almost in disbelief. You raised an eyebrow, "..Yes?.. You're not exactly hiding very well if this is hide n' seek," you stated back at him. "She can see me.." he said to himself, almost in shock, and then his face broke into an endless smile, "She can see me!" The boy did a backflip, which you admitted was impressive because you can't even do a cartwheel, and he landed back on his bare feet. "Sorry to interrupt this.. reunion you're having with yourself but, am I not supposed to see you, or?..." You trail off, but he understood you perfectly, almost as if he's gotten this question before before. You still had your guard up. "Okay, so I'm not exactly.. Human.. or alive.. Well I'm here but I'm not alive because I'm a Winter spirit. I make winter!" He stated. You both stared at each other for a minute or two in complete silence. Then you blinked. Twice even. "Uh.. What? A winter spirit?" He nodded, "Oh, like Jack Frost?" He smirked, and almost started laughing as he crossed his arms, "Snowflake, I am Jack Frost," ~*~ Y/n has had a troubled past, starting with her family passing away and having no friends, she lives alone in her house as a 16 year old girl. But when Pitch Black is back, she and the Guardians have to find a way to defeat him (again). However, when she bonds with a certain winter spirit, things can take a turn to impacting both her life and her heart. Sorry I suck at summaries!

20 parts Complete
20 students, 1 section, 1 classroom fight over the title legend. What happens when people are given supernatural powers? Will they use it for good? Or for bad? 20 Students with supernatural activities create friendships and hardships. How will they finish their year in COFL academy (Based at real people) Time moves fast like the speed of light, the students looking at each other's eyes... "How did we get here?". Anything can happen when a person is full of anger and guilt, shadowed by their own ego...will you invite them to be your friend? Or fight them like a foe? [2023 NOTE] Have you ever grown up? I had my first experience last month and it was truly disappointing and I would argue life changing -- I no longer see the average grown adult with the same respect as I did before writing this fic. And honestly, my impression of the community prior to writing this fic, fairly intelligent, and they really were a cross section of the general public. But as when I started writing this fic, I was truly astonished at my writing and how impressive my brain power is. And I can sense how that experience has seeped into my psyche and is polluting my ability to trust people, and I have become more suspicious of the true motivations of those around me. I literally cannot tell if I was just naive before and am more realistic now, or if I was realistic before and have become cynical now. This does not define my political views, and who I am today. I really am a changed man.😞

Cover art by me IG: @dancing.with.the.devil.2023 Teacher!Dean Student!Cas highschool au Dean Winchester always wanted to teach high school english. Every since he was little he wrote stories about monsters and demons and angels to escape from the beatings of his drunk father, John. After he lands a job at his little brother Sams high school, he meets the one and only Castiel Novak. He can't help but notice his magnificent ocean blue eyes, and the way he tilts his head when he's confused about something, or his raven black sex hair. Dean couldn't help but feel an ache in his chest every time he sees him, but he had no clue why. Castiel Novak only had two years of school left before he could finally escape the hell that is Sioux Falls High School. Every since he moved here he's had a hard time making friends. After all, being gay wasn't a good thing to be at his school. He would constantly get mentally and emotionally abused by his classmates. Two more years, he kept telling himself, and then he would graduate and get a degree in fine arts. When the new English teacher, Mr. Winchester, shows up Castiel immediately takes interest. Maybe, it was his gorgeous Emerald green eyes, or his ashy blonde hair that was always spiked up perfectly. Whatever it was, Castiel knew he would like this new teacher. His Savior. *** WARNING ⚠️: This story contains little violence, mild language, and boyxboy love, meaning two males kissing and holding hands, including gay sex! If you are uncomfortable with any of these I suggest not reading so as you can remain mentally healthy (or if you're uncomfortable with gay people to just, not be uncomfortable I guess)!

Fresh blood flows from the wound, turning his hands red. Deep throaty sounds, rumbling in his chest. "You hurt yourself," he says softly, pain evident in his voice. I look up and frown. "It's just a small cut," I reply, annoyed. None of the other cadets get this kind of attention. Besides, we have to learn this to pass the exam. "Shhh, it's going to be okay," he says, pressing me close. My whole side explodes with sparks. It tickles me. "You have to stop hurt yourself. Why are you even here? How am I going to protect you here?" he asks angrily. "I don't need your protection!" I shout, pushing him away. I get an angry growl back. Quickly I grab another knife and throws it over my shoulder, hitting bulls' eye. He glares at me, and the room has gone completely silent. That's when I discover that I may have gone too far with the insanely possessive highness, even though I'm grateful for the extra lessons he gives me. Then suddenly everyone hurries out of the training area. Leaving me alone with the growling, red eyed alpha. *This book contains graphic depictions of violence, sexuality, strong language, and other mature themes.* English is not my first language.
