They danced in the light of the full moon that shone over the beach, fireflies floating randomly about
as they swirled slowly and gracefully.
He rested a hand on her waist, one of hers upon his shoulder, their free hands joined together.
The sand, clean and soft, as if velvety, slipped between her toes, bare of shoes and socks.

The waves of the ocean quietly lapped at the shore as he hummed Miserable at Best by Mayday Parade.
He lifted his arm, spinning her out before pulling her back to him.
She looked up at him, and he could see the sparkle in her eyes.

Her eyes were always so beautiful. They were blue, but not like the blue eyes of the famous Viner
Nash Grier. More like a dark blue, sort of like a piece of midnight sky were trapped inside her iris'.
She smiled at him softly, and he returned it before kissing her forehead.

She rested her head upon his chest, and his cheek lay on the top of her head.
He as he hummed, he missed a line and she laughed as he thought about it, kissing his jawbone
before running from him across the sand.
He chased after her, laughing. She ran into the shallow water before he caught up to her. He picked her up and threw her over his shoulder before spinning around.

Her laugh echoed along the beach, as well as his heart. The beautiful sound bounced around his rib cage, awakening the butterflies in his stomach. He set her back down on her feet in the warm water.
She wrapped her arms around his neck and he grabbed her hips.

And as he leaned down to kiss her, his eyes closing, he could feel the strong sturdy feeling they both held within. A blazing inferno that couldn't be quenched.
