Recently I have read the book "Annexed" by Sharon Dogar. It is an amazing book, that I totally recommend to anyone looking for a good read and/or read the diary of Anne Frank and loved it . It is the story of The Van Pels and The Franks going into hiding in the secret Annex during WW2. The only catch is instead of being told in Anne Frank's point of view, it is told from Peter Van Pel's. The reason I am telling you this is as I did for/about Anne Frank, I am going to write a poem for/about Peter Van Pels. In this book there is this ongoing theme of the phrases, "Is anyone there? Is anyone listening, " that I will be using in the poem/paragraph. So here it is, I hope you enjoy.

"The world was young, the mountains green, No stain yet on the Moon was seen, No words were laid on stream or stone When Durin woke and walked alone. He named the nameless hills and dells; He drank from yet untasted wells; He stooped and looked in Mirrormere, And saw a crown of stars appear." You could say Endor Baggins's life was the complete opposite of her uncle Bilbo's. Having grown up as the proper hobbit, with no "trouble in an adventurous spirit," she was highly praised by strangers and hobbits alike. That is, until her father and mother died in a tragic incident. The Shirefolk would forever blame shock for Endor's dramatic change, although she remembers the shift as the revelation of her true character. Indeed, whereas Bilbo transformed from adventurous to reserved, Endor moved from conservative to travel-frenzied. And her little brother of three years, Frodo, had no tether on her actions. After all, Bilbo was there to look after her sibling as she travelled the West for months at a time. With this change in spirit, it came as no surprise when she demanded to accompany her uncle in his visit to Erebor, thirty-three years after his departure from the Company. After all, it had been Bilbo whom she idolized: her courageous uncle who reclaimed a mountain from a dragon with a rogue band of dwarves. This was a simple visit to a distant land, yet the journey made a second hobbit into legend. And thus, her story begins when she took her first true step, from the Shire to the Lonely Mountain, hobbits to dwarves, past to future, and loneliness to love. It was a couple years after the Battle of Hogwarts. A lot of people were finally getting over their shock of the war. Well, most. There were still plenty of people who were still grieving their friends or family's or people they just knew's death. George, for instance, hasn't told or did a prank in months after his twins death. They were practically two puzzle pieces, and if put together, the best prank combo ever. Also, Harry was devastated when Remus and Tonks died, he tried not to show it though. He didn't want people giving him sympathetic looks and what not. Remus was the one who taught him the patronus charm and saved his life countless of times. And Tonks always shifted her form to a pig or something and made him laugh. There were also loads of other people who were grieving also and Hecate was getting worried. You see, Hecate gave four mortals the ability to use magic, but threw magic sticks instead. They soon after made a magical school to teach young witches and wizards to use magic. Centuries gone by and the story of how they got there magical powers twisted and turned until Hecate was out of the picture. Now Hogwarts and many other institutes around the world are basically Hecate's pet world. Anyways, the one person who Hecate know that has gone through the most heartbreak, trauma, and betrayal and that is still sane is... Nico Di Angelo. He will know how to sympathize for these wizards and help them cope. But will the young masters like him? Will they be scared of him? Or will they think he is one of the best teachers at Hogwarts? Read this book to find out! TRIGGER WARNING: This book has swearing in it and references to some language choice that you may not like or may not be good for younger audiences. This warning will be updated once I finish the book to make it more relatable and be in tune to the things in this book. (Lilith Series Book One)There are two sides to every story, but that doesn't mean both are always heard. That's the funny thing about history, we don't often hear it from the voices that matter most. The same goes for Lilith. Though the story of the Garden of Eden may seem clear as day, the truth of the matter has been long lost to time and the horrors that happened within it are now only known to its original residents and those who sought to perfect them. After refusing to be subservient to man, Eden's first daughter fled, only to be looked down upon by the eyes of history for the 'monster' she had become. Thousands of years pass, and in the spring of 2024, the Archangelic Council is having trouble making a crucial decision that will greatly impact the world as we know it. They were told by Adonai before he left the world in their hands long ago, that in a dire time like this, another council could be called in to help. After putting it to a vote, the New Order was to be assembled and their leader was none other than the wife of both Archangels Samael and Lucifer, the mother of all demons herself, Lilith. As she travels the world to gather the unique members of the Order, she speaks with witches, wolves, vampires, and more, and they quickly come to realize they've all been plagued by a common enemy; an organization known as the Holy Alliance whose goal is to cleanse the world of demonic creatures. Can Lilith and her friends show humanity that they too have every right to live in this world before it's too late?

(Featured Story 2016 & 2017) Oregon, 1940s: Eve Miller, a young war widow, rebels against the ordinariness of womanhood in the post-war era. Eve is enlightened as she succumbs to the sensual temptation of an adulterous affair. In its aftermath, Eve Miller's life unravels and leads to unexpected violence and moral isolation. Exuberance Is Beauty, is a contemporary interpretation of Adam and Eve's biblical allegory and Eve's fall into desolation. The story examines the consequence of erotic obsession and the repentance the female protagonist must pay for her sins of the flesh. Exuberance Is Beauty has been described as "an intense psychological thriller," "hauntingly beautiful," and "terrifying." WHAT WATTPADERS ARE SAYING ABOUT JEFF: * controlling, heartless, psychopath man! * I really don't like Jeff, he's a bully and controlling her life. * Manipulation then seduction, a typical narcissist. Poor Eve. * Jeff is such an evil narcissistic...I bet he does mistreat his wife...physically and threatening to dump her if she doesn't back his projects and that he has had affairs regularly...It will all come out eventually. I just loathe him WHAT WATTPADERS ARE SAYING ABOUT EVE: *Why do I feel Jeff will ruin her chance of happiness? * I am trying to understand Eve but to be sincere I just cant. Jeff's behaviour is disgusting but it was wrong for her to follow him to his bed. I understand that she feels she now has control over her life but I just have this bizarre fear that she'd go back to him again, it seem as if they are obsessed and dats not love * I felt bad for her knowing that the only reason for all of this is a man- a controlling, heartless, psychopath man! * She didn't deserve any of this * What a frightening life this character led. I only hope some of the women that were tortured during this time frame were able to recover to some degree
