The citizens in the city of Maze lives’ are randomly generated on a computer. Every simple aspect of a citizen’s life like career, relationships, to the very day they die is written in a file. Those lucky few who have money can try to bribe their way out of the life they live.
As a poor street rat in Maze, Dillann Blevins knows she has no hope of any life other than the one generated for her. However when she stumbles across her biography and learns she’s dying in one month, she realizes it’s time to take fate into her own hands. Determined to change her fate, she will stop at no obstacle in her path to live longer than the remaining one month.
