Shredder has always thought of himself as unbreakable and strong, but what if all of that starts to change? He's gathering an army and he's not backing down without a fight, will it be his last? To slow things down he's stopped all other attacks and has "disappeared" from New York, but not entirely. Before disappearing he has a spy find the baby and make sure it will never grow up to kill him. But what if it wasn't the kid who he should have been afraid of? The turtles train harder then ever and are finally ready to kick some shell, but when the find shredder will they succeed or fail? What if it's the turtles family who is now on the verge of breaking?

Then I realized that they were...turtle ninjas. (This is my first TMNT fanfic, so don't judge. And they took the movie off of Netflix, so some parts are not going to be accurate. This is set in the 2014 movie. I would advise for you to read this if you are 13 or older because there are mentions of child abuse, kidnap, mild cursing, and violence. Dear Diary, Me and April are finally starting to hangout again! You see what happened was: I was hanging out on the rooftop of my apartment building when these men came and tried to kidnap me. I fought as hard as I could but I accidentally fell off the rooftop. However this green dude with a purple bandana saved me! He gently brought me to the ground and checked to see if I had any injuries. While he was checking, I saw April on the rooftop with some other green dudes and she was fighting off those weird men! Eventually they disappeared and the whole group came down to me and the purple guy. She apologized to me for not keeping in contact for the entire year. She said she's been training to be a fighter with the help of her friends, which are apparently mutant turtles. They all introduced each other, red is raph, blue is leo, orange is Mikey, and purple is 𝒟ℴ𝓃𝓃𝒶𝓉ℯ𝓁𝓁ℴ I don't know what it is about that guy but.... I think I might have a crush on him, or at the very least it's limerance. I mean the guy saved me so it's probably just infatuation because of that. Anyway, April said that tomorrow she's gonna take me to the turtles lair so we'll see how that goes! Maybe I can even become friends with them! Especially 𝒟ℴ𝓃𝓃𝒶𝓉ℯ𝓁𝓁ℴ..... TW: This is gonna be a pretty angsty story and it will have sad themes such as parental loss, grief, unrequited love (which gets requited...eventually), and obsession (but not too much) I'll post warnings at the beginnings of chapters for some of these themes but I hope you enjoy! As you already know this is the second book. If you have not already read the first book, it's called "Our Greatest Fear."
