Pokemon trainer Amber Stonewell; Professor Rowan's surrogate daughter, was tracking down a strange energy signal coming from Mt. Coronet. It was a simple data-collecting trip. Find out what's causing the signal, then report back. If Team Galactic was involved, bring the matter to the authorities.
She doesn't know that the energy was a trap meant for someone else.

Alerted to suspicious activity near an old warehouse, the Team, along with some of the Justice League, were tasked to observe and destroy one of the Light's 'secret' bases.
They didn't expect the girl with the strange creatures.

The strangers that were on the other end of the energy portal were anything but nice.
It doesn't help matters when the strangely dressed people come barging in, destroy everything, and then act surprised when her pokemon come out to defend her.
Now the Light is hunting Amber down for her 'super-powered pets'.
How will she escape back to her own dimension with the Shadows and the Justice League on her tail?
