And since nobody wants to hire her mad-struck mom, Aubrey is forced to get a job at 13 years old. She wished she could just get away, move to a better house, with better parents, and a sister, like she always wanted. Haven't you ever felt like that? Have you ever just wanted to get away? Yea. That is how Aubrey feels, just every minute of every, single day. But then, one morning, after a long night of praying for better, something changes Aubrey's life forever.
