We are the unique of our kind. We are often seen as dangerous, terrifying, and heartless. That's why the people around us started hunting down our kind one by one till we are completely extinct. The reason why people fear us is because we are the descendants of the gods and goddesses. And now, few centuries later, our kind resurfaced again. This time, chosen individuals bear the marks of our ancestors and their unique powers. We thought the war between the gods is over. But it seems they have called forth their champions to fight in their stead. 
Set, the god of evil, whose lust for blood and killing did not diminish over time, created his own champion Seth to cause chaos and havoc in the world, draining the powers of special people and using it to create genetically-altered and powerful creatures.
