Being scared and vulnerable is nothing new to the thirteen year old Skye Johnson and her seven year old brother Harvey Johnson but they still learn to survive the horrible world where they wake up every morning and fight the undead. Half of they're life they lived with just the company of each other, they learned that the undead aren't the only threat, so when meeting a new group they had suspicions, until Skye begins to get close to one of the group members.
